Organic Ground Beef Packaging - Cargill Meat Solutions
Cargill was wanting to push their new line of organic ground beef, but the problem was that the beef was raised and produced in Uruguay, South America. They weren't sure potential customers would trust the product from a different country. So it was my job to brainstorm and design a look and feel that would create that trust factor, a feeling that it was grown in the USA's backyard.
So I created the scenery of a humble farmer who treats his animals humanly. And with the muted colors and clean white look, it creates that clean / calming feeling clients are expecting when it comes to organic and home grown goods. Of course a little humor never hurt so the copywriter wrote a few taglines that would switch out on every package (see below).
