It is campy, dirty, and artistic part of the city. This gives it a unique edge over the rest of the areas. This project captures the spirit of that. Taking elements of the old warehouses, art studios, coffee shops, etc. and using those basic shapes to establish the identity.
The Mark
The squares signify the sidewalk that carries people from one end of this part of town
to the other, as well as the windows that line the warehouses. The round pill shape reflects a silo that rises over the area. The grainy texture reflects the grittiness of
the street and architecture.
