Ivory Poaching
Elephant poaching has become a very serious problem, to the point where they are now an endangered species. It is a violent and painful experience for these majestic animals. This is a big problem in South Africa and we need to spread awareness.
Brief
In this brief we were supposed to create an attractive and informative design that would be placed on a product such as a tote bag or t-shirt. The design and product should be desirable but should also have a market.
Solution
I chose to create a design that revolved around elephant poaching. This has become a big problem in South Africa, to such an extent that the African Elephant has become an endangered species. I want to create awareness of this by showing the beauty of they animals. The colours make the design pop and is more attractive to the male and female target audience.
