Culture is the main factor that any company take care of it in the process of buying and selling goods or services, but what is culture first? some people defined culture as a particular society who learn and act in a special way that differs them from others and transmits this way of acting from one generation to other this society has its own traditions and beliefs and even way of thinking that might not be similar to any other society, culture does not depend only on the way learning or thinking it also depends on how this society behaves and work together (Merriam-Webster, 2016).  Sobefore starting any new business in any place on earth the first step is to read, study, analyse its culture to avoid any failures or loss, culture has a great effect on the financial performance of a business, if there is a culture in the company it could be easily felt by the people working in this business whether the employees are excited or maybe bored or enthusiastic about working in this company (Bersin, 2015). Culture could even be felt in the employee’s behaviour if their work space organized or disorganized? What is the time for leaving and arriving to work? is there both genders working or males only or maybe females only? Did the company payed so much attention to the colours and designs or the design of the work place is normal and sometimes it could also be boring  (Bersin, 2015). There are three main questions need to be asked to know about the culture of the place before starting a business first part is the kind of culture maybe it’s flexible and maybe it’s not flexible at all and complicated, second question is how effective the culture is on the people in this society does it really effected them and their life styles or it’s not that deep yet, third question is how the people in society feeling towards their culture is their culture comforting them or people are forced to respect and live in it? (Bersin, 2015).After asking, searching, reading carefully about the culture the business is starting in, the company will understand the consumer needs and wants but it didn’t just include the consumers but also the employees, after understanding culture the company will be able to deal and understand employees and consumers better and faster and maybe later creating for them new goods and services that perfectly fits their culture
