マイルストーンさん、初のサワーエール。多く行われているケトルサワーリングという手法で酸味を出すのではなく、ラカンセア酵母という珍しい酵母をを使用して酸味を出したサワーエールです。初期に乳酸菌発酵をせず、酵母が発酵時に作る乳酸で酸味を感じます。
