We often forget that we share this land with other creatures;
We construct homes, on top of other homes;
Forgetting our ecological symbiotic relationships;
We drive aware ‘unnecessary creatures’ and resort to ‘pest’ control;
Other creatures in ‘our’ spaces then make for an ironically amusing sight;
It is not amusing! It is a reminder that this is their home too.
When will we realize that we’re the biggest pests?
