This is a coursework I once did. The requirement of the course is to recreate a sentence in different way, could be image, video, or even music. My partner chose this sentence by Nietzsche "if you stare into the abyss, the abyss stares back at you", and I made several short videos based on it. When I saw this sentence, I thought of this Greek myth about Narcissus. It tells the story of a beautiful man who named Narcissus, fell in love with his reflection in the water and finally jumped into the lake, and the plant Narcissus was born. So I made an abstract short video to describe the story and the theme.
