Reza1 is a project based on my friend Raza Zoroufie, a football player at Pace University. Reza asked me to create a custom Munny for him to take back to school for his senior year season. Personally I hate recreating anything real, so Reza gave me the freedom to expand the project as well as his appearance.

Based off Reza's features, I created illustrations that would emphasize his hair and eye color with Reza in his Pace football uniform. Again, I'm exaggerating my friend and turning him into a mean and ready football monster.

So now that I have my character in tact. I purchased acrylics paints, a can of Montana spray paint, a mini NFL helmet and a 7inch Munny. I'm now ready to customize.

Taking this project one step further, I decided to completely brand this character by tracing my illustration using Adobe Illustrator. Using the vector elements along with a trendy font to create a logo and some packaging.

After completing REZA1, I took him to SOHO NYC to meet his new best friend. I surprised REZA with a trip to the Kid Robot shop as well.  This project worked out for the best of us, Reza is completely happy and get to brag about his custom Munny at school. While I just added a very unique/diverse piece to my portfolio. In this project, I used pencil, paint, computer and camera.
