KakaoPage is Korea’s #1 story entertainment platform with over 20 million users. 
 
As we celebrate our 10th anniversary, we created the “My Favorite–Story Collection” customer care project to provide a unique brand experience by connecting the stories that grew with us with our users who enabled such growth.
 
Under the concept of my favorite stories and stories that grew with our users, we selected 8 stories by genre that our users most enjoyed and designed them to be experienced and connected through taste, color and scent to provide a new and refreshing brand experience.
 
Although we are an app service, we focused on the analog book form given that we provide stories to our users.
Inside a large book in KakaoPage’s brand color yellow, we included 8 of our users’ favorite stories in mini-book form.
When the user opens the 8 mini-books, an image of the story and teabags are included so that the users can enjoy both the story and the taste of the tea together.
