Less Flash More Focus Advertising for Michael Hardy

The property market is on the rise, people are starting to move, & thankfully the recession seems to be coming to an end. Riding on the wave of positive results is always massively beneficial to a business & Michael Hardy are doing exactly that - they have been incredibly successful over the past few months and are aiming to continue that trend up to the end of the year and beyond.

The idea behind this campaign (which includes press advertising, bus advertising, billboards & social media takeovers) is to play on both the heritage and expertise of the business, along with the current feeling of positivity in the market. Using an almost 'mock' film poster style with bright block colours, quite a departure from your normal estate agent's marketing, it is certainly eye-catching & punchy with it's messaging. Having already received great feedback from customers, hopes are high for a rewarding campaign!

Press advert number 1 - Old Dogs New Tricks - poking fun at the fact that they may well have been around a while, but are still at the fore-front of the industry.
Press advert number 2 - What's Your House Worth - a comment on the positive movements of the market, you could be sat on a nice profit!
Press advert number 3 - Less Flash More Focus | Sales - A generic slaes advert for the campaign, showing a recently sold property.
Press advert number 4 - Less Flash More Focus | Lettings- A generic lettings advert for the campaign, showing a recently let property.
One of the three billboards designed for the campaign based on the above concepts, these will be seen in the local area of Wokingham & Crowthorne. PHOTOGRAPHS TO FOLLOW.
