  • The property market is on the rise, people are starting to move, & thankfully the recession seems to be coming to an end. Riding on the wave of positive results is always massively beneficial to a business & Michael Hardy are doing exactly that - they have been incredibly successful over the past few months and are aiming to continue that trend up to the end of the year and beyond.

The idea behind this campaign (which includes press advertising, bus advertising, billboards & social media takeovers) is to play on both the heritage and expertise of the business, along with the current feeling of positivity in the market. Using an almost 'mock' film poster style with bright block colours, quite a departure from your normal estate agent's marketing, it is certainly eye-catching & punchy with it's messaging. Having already received great feedback from customers, hopes are high for a rewarding campaign!
