Food Eating Proxy Lab

As an individual living in a society which relies on consumption, we are used to achieving the spiritual satisfaction by the gratification we get when we have bought something. However, such consumptionism is in contrary to the doctrine of environmentalism and living within means that the society also advocates. It has made many young people in the society to struggle between the choice of environmental protection or meeting their demands. 

The food eating proxy lab is a dissection of the modern young people’s new consumption mode, as well as the discussion and present on the phenomenon of food wasting. I hope that this design will trigger our thought about the relationship between consumption and waste.
