The well-being of our beloved pets is being taken more seriously than ever. Pet owners need more than just a place to treat emergencies, they want to ensure a high quality of living and long term well being for their beloved animals.

GoPet is on a mission to provide high quality medical services for pets and the resources to keep them healthy in the long run. The GoPet team see’s pets as a member of our family, not just an animal.

The challenge

Despite the cultural significance of pet ownership, traditionally people saw that healthcare for pets was unnecessary and pet owners were left on their own to take care of their loved animals. 

In Vietnam, there is little to no brand investment in pet shops, thus pet owners tend to struggle choosing the suitable treatments and health plans due to a lack of local resources and guidelines. 

Solving this issue is the key challenge for GoPet. By leveraging technology and media the GoPet team is on a mission to launch a digital platform that empowers pet owners with the information, resources and guidance they need to keep their furry friends healthy and happy.

Kholab’s goal was to create a brand that encourages proactive healthcare and lifestyle for pets, as opposed to only emergency medical treatment.

Our solution

We focus on showing the story of “Pet as a family member”, through visuals that hint at affection and care witch actions such as a hug. A hug is the most obvious action that shows how we share the love for our pets. We overlay a curvy stroke that symbolises a hug & connectionthat bond family together.

By applying this stroke throughout the brand images and applications, we can tell a story that can reach customer’s empathy as well as showing the creativeness and high quality service of GoPet.
