First Commerce Credit Union acquired a nearby community bank. When it was time to fully integrate the new accounts into the existing system, booklets were created to communicate what members needed to do. The content was carefully written over many weeks with consultation with the transition team. Once the content was close to final, I dropped all the written content into InDesign and collected up appropriate imagery. The final result of a 20-page booklet is seen below.
A separate booklet was produced for business members. While most of the information in the consumer guide remained the same, the wording and imagery was tweaked to appeal to a more business-minded reader. The cover and a couple of the spreads had stark differences from the consumer guide and are presented below.
