Este trabajo es una representación del amor que le tengo a esta ciudad en la que crecí, la cual me ha dado muchas oportunidades y aprendizajes para la vida. Espero con este, transmitir a ustedes un poco de este cariño y aprecio por esta urbe. El verde profundo representa los cerros, la sabana y sus humedales, sobre los que creció esta enorme ciudad; el rosado terracota, representa el ladrillo, uno de los materiales más usados históricamente en esta ciudad para sus construcciones durante más de 482 años; y el azul grisáceo representa las abundantes lluvias y las aguas que recorren desde siempre los territorios que ahora ocupa Bogotá.

This work represents the love I have for the city I grew up in. Bogotá has given me many opportunities and lessons for life. With this piece, I hope to transmit to you a little of my love and appreciation for this city. The deep green represents the hills, the savannah, and wetlands on which this enormous city grew. The pink terracotta represents brick, one of the most historically used materials in Bogotá's constructions for more than 482 years. The grayish-blue represents the abundant rains and waters that have always flowed through the territories that Bogotá now occupies.
