For this project I had to come up with a series of 3 photos with a consistent concept that promotes a product or brand. With the next generation of consoles that came out on November 10th, I was inspired to base my project around the new Xbox Series X.

Halo was once stated as the definitive reason to purchase an Xbox. The Master Chief is back once again and ready to fight until the sun goes down.
It is all fun and games until you hear something hissing in the distance. Minecraft is one of the Xbox's top selling games. Crafting will keep you up all night long .
I initially thought this would be the easiest shot, but was sadly mistake. This is was my first attempt at the Forza picture. I tried to get some motion blur in camera, but it was not coming out as I had hoped.
After coming back a second day, repositioning the lights, and the car made all the difference in the world.
A shallow depth of field and the cotton balls allowed for fake smoke!
An easier set with just the rock, some dirt, and fake moss. The difficult part was matching the lighting to the sunset background.
I ended up putting a orange gel in the softbox to replicate the warm sun. After the lighting was set, I played around with poses.
All of these backgrounds were displayed on a 50 inch tv. This meant I had to do a longer exposure to see the screen brightness.
The minecraft shot was rather difficult considering all the examples I looked at were more silhouettes compared to the night sky. Replicating light for a night scene was a new experience for me.
I should have used a tarp but instead I made a mess because I did not want to reframe everything.
