Ginkgo supplements are associated with several health claims and uses, most of which focus on brain function and blood circulation. Ginkgo’s health benefits are thought to come from its high antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Valerian is an herb native to Europe and parts of Asia but also grows in North America. Valerian root is a natural sleep aid that promotes relaxation. It helps you sleep faster and you will wake up feeling refreshed.
Valerian is also used orally for anxiety and psychological stress, but there is limited scientific research to support these uses.
