The Photo Phnom Penh Association (PPPA) is a nonprofit, non governmental organization founded in 2014 that aims to empower and provide the technical photography skills and develop training opportunities for young photographers and youth.
The purpose of the celebration is to exchange technical skills and knowledge and build networking among artists, co-partners, organizers, visitors, and youth across continents, as well as free access to art for the youth.
