
When Nokia was in full throttle selling mobile phones, one of their key business requirements was to improve and streamline the in-shop experience of purchasing a phone, customising it with your apps and browsing related accessories. The touchscreen kiosk experience had to fundamentally be easy-to-use and attractive enough to engage – helping reduce waiting times with store staff. The work included branding the platform and creating all detailed interaction screens, along with a styleguide to help build out further kiosks for other Nokia stores.
