SATS Group consists of SATS, ELIXIA, Fresh Fitness, HiYoga and Balance. The group includes 250 centers in Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark with 700,000 members and 10,000 employees, of which 2,000 are full-time employees.
The app makes it easy for the members to get an overview over their training, both past and future. Book group classes, book PT sessions, see your statistics, join challenges, train online sessions, discover and be inspired. You can also follow your friends and invite them to training, which makes it easier to plan your workouts together!
