Nature is a fundamental component that should always be implicit in architecture. This project located in southern Mexico has a rich natural context that allows the interaction of the design with the landscape. This is the design of a Loft which aims to guarantee the privacy of its inhabitants without limiting them to enjoying the environment where the property is located.The group that has a condominium model has properties of 20 meters x 10 meters, the housing model seeks, from the management of the roof and enclosures, easy modulation adjacent to each other, becoming a repetitive model in only one direction.
La Naturaleza es un componente fundamental que siempre debería estar implícito en la arquitectura. Este proyecto ubicado al sur de México cuenta con un contexto natural rico que permite la interacción del diseño con el paisaje. Se trata del diseño de un Loft el cual pretende garantizar la privacidad de sus habitantes sin limitarlo a disfrutar del ambiente donde se encuentra el inmueble.
La agrupación que posee un modelo de condominio cuenta con predios de 20 metros x 10 metros, el modelo habitacional busco a partir del manejo de cubierta y de cerramientos la fácil modulación colindante entre sí, convirtiéndose en un modelo repetitivo en un solo sentido.
Inside the property there is an exterior social area surrounded by plant bodies and the implanted architectural element, which is unified with this area by managing large windows that allow permeability between the exterior and the interior, having in common the same as the outside, a social area. This social area is presented as an open mono-environment, which integrates spaces such as the kitchen with the different activities of the outdoor cinema and living room - dining room.
Al interior del predio se cuenta con área social exterior rodeada de cuerpos vegetales y del elemento arquitectónico implantado, el cual, se unifica con esta área al manejar grandes ventanales que permiten la permeabilidad entre el exterior y el interior, teniendo en común al igual que el exterior, una zona social. Esta zona social se presenta como un mono ambiente abierto, que integra espacios como la cocina a las distintas actividades de cine exterior y sala – comedor.
The private areas are managed through a small opening on the interior social area, in which the main room is located, which has a dressing room and bathroom, and an auxiliary bathroom for this social area. There is a design variation requested by our client that has only one bathroom for the housing unit. Above this area, a loft with a balcony was proposed which is intended to house guests as it is an auxiliary space.There is a play between the structure and the windows that allows us to capture the sky, some trees external to the project, and an area for direct coexistence.
Las zonas privadas se manejan por una pequeña abertura sobre la zona social interior, en la cual se encuentra la habitación principal que cuenta con un Vestier y baño, y un baño auxiliar para esta zona social. Existe una variación de diseño solicitada por nuestro cliente que cuenta con un solo baño para la unidad habitacional. Sobre esta zona, se planteo un altillo con un balcón el cual esta destinado a albergar invitados al tratarse de un espacio auxiliar.
Existe un juego entre la estructura y la ventanería que permite captar el firmamento, algunos arboles externos al proyecto, y un área de convivencia directa.
