Trawheel is a new generation suitcase with a specially designed wheel mechanism for easy transportation.
The most common problems when using suitcase are the deterioration of the zipper, the inadequate ride quality of the wheels and the difficulty of cleaning the wheels. There is also the problem where to put the suitcase when not used.
Considering the problems identified; a new opening/closing system has been developed for suitcase, a new wheel design to improve driving quality, and a concept wheel mechanism design with a different approach for cleanliness and space problems.
A magnetic closing system had been developed to prevent problems such as deterioration of the zipper. The closing system provides not to open with any impact or cause of the fullness of the suitcase by placing thin metal strips on one of the closing edges of the suitcase and thin magnet strips on the other edge. A soft silicone thin material covers the magnet and metal surface to prevent liquids, such as rainwater, entering into the suitcase.
Adding springs on wheels aims to absorb the forces caused by impact and friction.
The springs make comfortable to carry the suitcase and improve the riding quality of the wheels.
Lifting the wheels in a simple step before putting your suitcase in place when not used prevents dust an dirt from spreading into your house and allows it to be more stable where it it placed.
