Editorial Design: Photographic Curation
Description
The brief of this project was to photograph and curate a sequence of photographs that when put together, create abstract connections and narratives. These connections can be reinforced through the utilisation of shape, texture, tonal values, pattern and colour. Three of the photographs had to be taken in a documentary style, enforcing the photographer to notice what is already around them, instead of curating it themselves. The other two photographs were fashion style photography, that enables the use of curated artificial lighting, models and clothing.

Rationale
The final photos that were chosen are intended to create an overarching narrative that tells a loose story of the symbiosis found between mankind and nature. Colour was utilised to allow for more connections to form between the documentary and fashion style photographs.
