Instead of silk for screen printing, a tightly woven tulle curtain was stretched on the frame. First, the color patterns were manually painted on silk with a brush and temporary emulsion. Then the whole surface was covered with a photoemulsion, exposed, washed and dried. The temporary emulsion was cleared of silk during washing. The process was an interesting and enjoyable experience. By the way, after 90 editions, tulle curtains became unusable.
