At the start of 2013, you may have seen me on twitter, talking about and showing various renders of landmarks in Bristol where i’m based. Well that’s because I have been asked to brand this years Bristol Pride Festival for 2013.
The organisers were running low on funding and ideas for branding for this years this and asked if I could come up with something interesting fairly quickly similar in quality to examples they had seen for the previous London Pride, which obviously had much more funding. 3D was my focus at the time so naturally I was eager to use 3D in my first solutions. I showed the organisers some test renders and they loved it.
Below are a range of posters I created in for the campaign to advertise the festival. If you know Bristol, you should recognise all of these and if you don’t know Bristol, hopefully you’ll recognise the suspension bridge below at least.
