Railway Station "Cherkizovo" for 500 people
The expancion of Cherkizovskiy Intercharge Station began in 2019 in the Preobrazhenskoye District, Eastern Administrative Okrug, Moscow. There`s a mini-railway station to be erected approximately till the middle of 2021. This decision was made in order to unload Kursky Railway Station, which is expectedly to be reconstructed in the nearest future. Two new platforms are to be constructed near "Lokomotiv" Moscow Central Circle station in order to serve inter-city trains.
There are two levels of the railway station: the first level serves for dinamics of passengers - ticket offices and machines, left-luggage, lost-and-found, departure and arrival zones, the second level is a static area - it includes food court, waiting zone, long-stay rooms, toilets, communication office.
