While 2015 has seen Seven Positive focussing on work as a strategic design consultancy, last year Seven Positive designed and built Brisbane's newest inner-city cafe garden space. This allows Rouge Coffee in South Brisbane to provide some of the freshest, tastiest greens to their menu whilst reducing food miles. The 7 metre long closed-loop aquaponics system means the plants are fed with nutrient rich fish water and subsequently the plants filter the water for the fish. The locally sourced upcycled timber has diverted close to a tonne of material from entering landfill.
