The branding approach for this would-be SoHo cannoli shop was to convey the sophistication and unusually high quality of the products and atmosphere of the store. Sticking with a crisp color scheme of black, white, and the sea foam green (referencing the iconic green pistachio pieces found on the tips of many cannolis) evokes feelings of serenity, freshness and a distinction from the standard Italian bakery.
