The site is crafted to provide homeowners with clear pathways and detailed filtering options to find content and to incentivise sign up to the database. At the heart of the website is a bespoke review system to allow homeowners to rate professionals - encouraging further engagement with the platform and building trust for its members. This is supported by a range of monitoring and moderation tools to help Homellio manage inappropriate content.

To provide flexibility for professionals, we built a complex payment system which allows professionals to access a range of subscription types to suit their individual needs and budgets.
