Quercus Suber
This challenge was to educate the public about cork as a renewable resource. On the cork puzzle is a screen printed image of a cork tree, with the layers of bark pulled away and labeled to show how commercial cork is made. The name of the project derives from the scientific latin name of the Cork Tree, Quercus Suber.
