2019 Women's Ministries Annual Dinner & Fall Theme

Each Fall, the Omaha Kroc Center's Women's Ministries group hosts a dinner to introduce the theme for the fall/winter quarter. For 2019, the theme was "Home," to remind women that they had a place to relax, participate in community, a place where they belonged. Marketing was asked to help the Ministries team promote the dinner event and develop a look and feel for the theme.

The Ministries team wanted the event to feel like it was a cozy night on a front porch between friends but still work with the Masterpiece brand that had been developed for the group the year prior. Below are the nuances we developed to accentuate the cozy, yet rustic theme. 
To give invitations to the dinner a more personal feel, we created a folded design with a twine tie. These invitations were handed out to Kroc members and guests and were also sent to regular attendees of the Women's Ministries group. Below are examples of the invitations and other print advertising used for the event.
In addition to a print campaign, we also gathered testimonials from regular Women's Ministries group attendees to help potential guests get an idea of the connection and community they can experience at the Kroc Center.
