
RBS International wanted to upgrade their business customers platform out of the dinosaur ages. The entire redesign involved a series of collaborative workshops along with stakeholders, conducting research and managing testing sessions. The end result was a secure and user-centric online platform that provided clients with visibility and control of their multitude of different accounts. Features included from managing balances on large number of accounts to transacting FX and deposits. At the core, eQ was designed for “self-service banking” at its best.
