Many friends are depressed this Holiday Season because of the CoVID situation and the inability to gather.  One of my friends that has an annual party reached out to me and asked to help her think of ideas to still do her party without actually having a traditional party.  This is not a project I'm doing for money, so I've put together images that are not mine in order to quickly bring her hopes to light, but I thought I would share, for other people to possibly find the inspriation that are in similar situations.

I told her to create an event online for the entire month of December.

I've made jpg's for her to post with instructions on doing a photography scavenger hunt all  month and she can still give her friends holiday surprises for various things.

She always had an ornament exchange, I'm creating one template for her to share on the group page that will give her instructions on how to do an Ornament Door Dash with all her guests!  This can be done by mail also, but I think all of these guests live in the same town.  For mail exchanges, I always promote using elfster.com online.  It's a great way to track gifting.

Since this Ornament Door Dash is close to home, I'm having her assign all the guests numbers.  When that has been completed, we're going to privately message each guest a random number that is picked from a hat.  That will be the individuals person to gift.  They just need to randomly surprise their person by leaving their ornament at their doorstep.  Social distancing rules exercised, of course.
