I founded this company with 2 partners in 2008.  My work here centered around first identifying and then leveraging fan based communities into new revenue streams.  My team created a scalable web based platform for culture and commerce to meet. We consequentially flipped the conventional video game merchandise industry on its head by creating official gear for top game properties creating an entriely new source of revenue and community engagement.
