Les Webdays ont pour but principal de participer au développement économique par l'innovation et la technologie”. Elles sont destinées à toutes les composantes de la société : étudiants, chefs d’entreprises, administrations, etc.

Afin de toucher le plus large public possible, les Webdays sont en accès libre et gratuit. Elles s'appuient sur des structures locales (universités, chambres de commerce...) pour fournir des prestations d'accueil, des conférences, de l’hébergement et de la restauration à coût très modique.

WEBDAYS objectives within the 
· Creation of a territory observatory for new technologies.
· Ensure technical formations for TPE/SME.
· Arrange certified tests (CESEO)
· Unite entrepreneurs, students, and investors in order to develop and a digital innovation ecosystem.
· Propose measures encouraging the emergence of new big Algerian companies and digital innovation, especially measures inciting growing and employment, adapted to the issues of innovation and start-ups.
· Promote with the public authorities, economical, financial, academic and medias, especially:
o The enlargement of the innovation notion (design, marketing, usage, economic model…)
o The culture of entrepreneurship and digital business.
· Develop the visibility of the digital innovation ecosystem in the principal countries of the world with the entrepreneurs, investors, and public authorities.
