During the financial crisis in 2009, RBS received financial support from the UK Government. As a result, they committed to help increase competition in UK business banking and decrease their own market share - this meant RBS required to launch an Incentivised Switching Scheme under the BCR. Our task was to design and build a
user-centric platform targeted at existing business owners where they could browse other competitor banks accounts, allow for offer comparisons, make the information
easy-to-understand about the scheme and ultimately guide them through the
application process.
