Jevtana, also known as Cabazitaxel, is a prescription drug used together with prednisone (a steroid medicine) to treat prostate cancer. Sadly, it is usually prescribed after chemotherapy fails. It has quite a deal of side effects. Even with that, however, for specific patients, it still may be their best choice and their best chance. Sanofi Oncology wanted to highlight this when their reps talked to doctors.
