Benrus is an American watch brand that that dates back to early 1920s and boast in manufacturing the first ever waterproof watch. The goal was to revive this brand back to it's former glory and for that reworking the basics of the brand were imperative. After a lot of research we found out that Benrus was a key supplier of watches and other hardware to the U.S. military, which became the direction we felt should be pursued.

 

The main logo was based on one of the previous logo version found in several vintage packaging and watches. Other elements like the star in a thick circle and the basic color palette were closer connection to it's military heritage along with the 3 gold stars and the 3 color medals below the main logo. The Color palette was used the design of several products from backpacks to iphone and ipad cases.
