Centred around the theme of fake news, this project engages with the creation of a digital campaign that effectively communicates the dangers of false information and fake news in the modern internet age. The project consists of a poster and WeTransfer background that serve as an intervention aiming to change the viewers perception or challenge their beliefs.

Design Strategy

Building on the concept of digital fake news The poster takes inspiration from missing posters to imply that in today’s digital climate a lot of internet users are missing critical thought and sight when viewing content online. A glitch-like pixel effect called Pixel Sorting is produced by shifting lines of pixels in a direction at varying distances, this creates a look that is glitchy and is reminiscent of corrupted images.
