The Humanitarian Response Plan (HRP) is a report prepared for a protracted or sudden onset emergency that requires international humanitarian assistance. The plan articulates the shared vision of how to respond to the needs of the affected population. The report is also a communication tools to highlight the scope of the response to an emergency to donors and the public.

This project consisted of revamping the HRP template that I originally developed in 2015. Considering that the template will be used by humanitarian country teams worldwide, the report was carefully developed in a way that it is easy to use by anyone (e.g. automated table of content, use of master pages). All the content uses character, paragraph, table styles and standard colour swatches to avoid any manual edits.
