Golfsmith Clubmaking Catalog
The Golfsmith Clubmaking catalog is published annually and is typically over 136 pages. It's chock full of product and lifestyle images, specification charts, and pricing dynamics.
I was the art director for 3 of the catalogs and approximately 6-8 supplements throughout the year for each. I introduced new typography that was used across all Golfsmith catalogs, introduced lifestyle photography for the Clubmaking catalogs, introduced new product photography style for the tools section, grips section, and shafts section. I also managed the budget for the on-location photoshoots, managed freelance designers, and worked closely with the editor/copywriters, photographers (both studio and location), and the merchants.
