Thrive 360 - Home Scene

I helped FarBridge with a new VR app called Thrive 360, a self-help therapy platform designed to help patients with PTSD, depression, anxiety and more. The platform offers a curated library of 360 videos from expert doctors, counselors, and therapists designed to enhance your life and well-being. Thrive 360 is already helping a growing number of users dealing with serious mental and emotional issues and has become increasingly popular with critical care workers on the frontlines of the Covid-19 crisis. It feels great to work on something that makes such a positive impact on people's lives!

I was tasked with creating a serene "home scene" to relax users when they launch the VR application. I first established mood boards for Art Direction, then sketched several home layout designs, and eventually created the entire scene from start to finish. It was built in Unreal Engine using Maya, Zbrush, Substance, and Photoshop. With the exception of a few Marketplace assets (due to time constraints) I designed, modeled, textured and lit the entire scene from initial concept to final launch. You can view breakdowns of the various assets in other sections of my portfolio.
