I created this video introducing a new service called a helath concierge for a sales meeting with Google. I wrote the script and directed the creative. In crafting this piece I took into consideration the culture of Google including the notorious use of white boards, and the integration of their own products whenever appropriate. The video was successful in framing the more detailed conversation for the sales team. Below is a sample from the script.
"Your Google Health Concierge is the first point of contact for Google employees and their dependents when they have questions about their benefits, need assistance with a claim, are looking for referrals, or want information when looking for internal Google programs and other services, Google employees can use the health concierge services by visiting them in person, calling on the phone, using live chat or sending an email. We tried it with cups and string but that wasn't HIPPA compliant."
