United Nations - Equator Prize 2020

The Equator Prize is an annual event held since 2015 by the United Nations. The prize aims to support and promote solutions to various problems faced by communities around the world.

These problems include, but are not limited to, climate change, promoting prosperity, conservation, and the sustainable use of water resources. The prize is awarded to community-based organizations that have demonstrated outstanding efforts in promoting sustainable development and the conservation of the environment.

The Equator Prize seeks to raise awareness and encourage action towards the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, which is a global plan aimed at ending poverty, protecting the planet, and ensuring peace and prosperity for all.

The prize is a great opportunity for organizations to showcase their work and inspire others to take action towards building a more sustainable future.
To show the work they have been developing, they've put together a project with What Took You So Long, a documentary producer.
WTYSL contacts Nice Wach for the design and animation of graphics that help to understand the impact of these projects, and that is where I get involved.
Design
When the first closed scripts arrived, we began to dissect them and write down key points that had to be represented graphically.
Large paragraphs of text were to be seen in relatively short periods of time.
Contrast, composition and a typographic choice according to quick readability were very important.
Animation
