Faschingsbeginn----Start of carnival
Diese Aufnahmen wurden in November 2016 gemacht da hat es Corona noch nicht gegeben. In Wien ist es Tradition den Fasching in der Innenstadt am 11.11 um 11:11 zu eröffnen. Eine namhafte Tanzschule tanzt auf einem Podium zu Walzerklängen von Johann Strauß. Passanten und Touristen haben dabei die Möglichkeit auf der Straße mit zu tanzen. Auf Grund der Corona Restriktionen fällt dieses traditionelle Fest in diesem Jahr aus
These pictures were taken in November 2016, when Corona did not exist at that time. In Vienna it is a tradition to open the carnival in the city center on 11.11 at 11:11 am. A well known dance school dances on a podium to waltz sounds by Johann Strauss. Passers-by and tourists have the opportunity to dance in the streets. Due to the Corona restrictions, this traditional party will be cancelled in this year.
