I have produced and submitted posters to commemorate the 100 years that Korean sports have been striving for the health of the people.
Under the theme of 'Knowingness', which emphasizes the meaning of Korean sports with a history of 100 years. I wanted to emphasize the meaning that we can live a healthy life only when steady exercise is supported.
Sports 7330 is a national campaign to participate in sports that means to exercise 30 minutes a day at least three times a week.
Among the easy-to-understand lifestyle activities, three of them are expressed in harmony ; walking, jogging and biking.
