Log-out for Easter

Instead of sending our clients just an Easter card, we wanted to draw their attention to the ubiquitous problem
of sharing our time between our families... and our smartphones – even over an Easter breakfast.

Therefore, we developed an LP available only from mobile browsers, which in combination
with a smartphone's gyroscope counted the time of the device's inactivity: scrolling, typing, clicking
– any kind of even a slightest device's movement. Then we challenged our clients, friends and our own families:
How long can you go on Easter Sunday without touching your smartphone?

In our Easter greetings we asked them to open the LP and put their smartphone away – for as long as they can.
A script made by our developers counted the times of all inactive (no gyroscope movement detected)
IPs visiting our mobile website.

On Easter Monday we summarized all the data and created an infographic (showing the results of individual cities
and regions of Poland) letting our users know how long they made it without their devices
– and hopefully spent this time with other humans :)
(Total score of all users: over 400 hours!)
