Here you can see some experimental calligraphic works, which were done in a fine arts project at ESAD Caldas da Reinha, Portugal. The Idea was to find new forms of calligraphical expression by deconstructing formal letterforms of for example the blackletter Fraktur and to rearrange these abstract forms to new ornamental isms. The original sizes of these works are around 1 x 2 meters.

Tools: woodstain and carbon on paper, broad and thin brushes.
