After a few revisions and back and forth with my client, below you will see the final a sample of the final delivery.

With the final logo redesign, I supplied them with the assets to be able to change the background coloring of their logo. They can change it to be a cohesive asset no matter the given season, or marketing campaign they are using at the time. A universal logo for any occasion that sound last them for many years to come.
