Cardinal Direction logo for "South" for Typography II class. Students had to pick a cardinal direction (south) and create a logo for what the direction. Students were encouraged to conduct research based on what their cardinal direction means as well as attributes that the designer associates with the direction of their choice. 

Students then create sketches to visually display their ideas, and then from there is created comps, where students finalize what their logo will look like.
