Three men, one purpose born out of a thesis project, to produce truly dynamic and disruptive natural Lisbon city wines... and the whole process is done completely by hand.
Getting to help out in their Harvest was an experience I'll remember for a long time, a glimpse into the true grit and determination behind Portugal's growing selection of unorthodox wine producers.
Real, raw and natural was what I wanted to capture in these images.
